Fairly clean and beautifuly designed place with extremely polite and superfriendly staff from the hotel manager on down to the housekeepers. Exceptionally nice and ideal location - walking distance to shopping centres and retailers. The venue walking distance to restaurants and bars.

I loved the charming courtyard with the cozy fire pit. Perfect spot for evening relaxation. The heated pool had a lovely ambiance too. My room featured a comfortable bed, and I appreciated the clean environment. Breakfast options exceeded my expectations. The waffles were a delicious highlight! The staff here shined. They were friendly throughout my stay. A bit disappointing was the noise from outside, especially in the late evening. My room had thin walls, and I could hear traffic. The coffee in the breakfast area could use a stronger brew. These issues impacted my overall experience but didn't ruin it. I felt safe and enjoyed my stay, especially with nearby dining options.

This hotel was great place for exploring Ocala, liked it. The room was brand-new with an exceptionally comfortable bed and a good bathroom.

pillows, needed to be a little more firm as they are kind of flat but I asked for more and they gave them to me.

Great location right off of the highway with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Our room was very clean, and the breakfast selection was excellent, lasting until 10 AM, perfect for our late start!

Limited parking due to a dog show in town.

The hotel was sublime, I loved the welcoming staff and warm breakfasts. The room was updated with very comfy beds. The service was great during all my very nice stay. Clean facilities and the pool was nice.

The noise levels were unacceptable!!! Between the late-night parking lot cleaning and loud disturbances from other guests, it made relaxing impossible!!! The pool looked unclean and uninviting, disappointing!!!

Bed was okay. Room was clean but a bit old and tired. Location was central for this stay.

The cookies at night were a sweet surprise! Our king room was nicely remodeled and the pool area looked great. Just wish the A/C wasn't so loud. A good stay 🍪

This was a motel, but had the cleanliness and amenities of a hotel. They were very clean and the staff friendly.

The upright bike in the fitness center was broken. There was a bit of mildew on the ceiling. It is a humid area, but that is something that can't be left to grow.

Tried to cancel reservation - Booked.net was going to contact manager on Monday, night after we were supposed to stay, to see if they would waiver the night's fee. Apparently they did not as my credit card is being charged. Who would want to stay at a facility that was not willing to work with us. We simply were not able to make it there. Would never stay at a Quality Inn again ever. Poor PR.

The clean and spacious room provided comfort, while the friendly staff was good. The breakfast options could use improvement. More variety would be welcome. A good experience!
